中文摘要: 傳統法律系的課程多著重各領域法律基礎知識之傳遞,使得學生擁有從事法律職業與通過國家考試之能力。品格教育亦是傳統法律系課程所強調。為使法學教育與職業生涯緊密的連結,本文認為應該在傳統法學教育中加入職業銜接課程。法律職業銜接課程首先是要在學生選擇進入法律系之初期,即引導學生開始思考與探索未來法律職業生涯。再者是實務課程,讓學生學習實務運作所需之各種技術,如,起草法律文書、法庭辯護技術等等。此外,課程內亦應包括專業法律課程以符合未來因經濟與技術發展所需要之專門法律知識。最後,銜接課程也必須包括法律職業倫理課程。

英文摘要: Traditionally, the law courses with an extensive range of basic laws are to provide general knowledge and skills needed for the future practice of law and passing professional examinations. In view of professional and career development, this paper suggests that connecting courses should be introduced into the law courses to establish better links between the academic and vocational stages. The connecting courses consist of four parts. The first one is the courses designed to guide law students to consider career paths in the legal profession and decide which branch of the profession to choose. The second one is the clinical courses seeking to equip law students with practical expertise including drafting documents, .developing advocacy skills and so on. The third one is the specialization courses undertaken with the intention to provide professional expertise in particular areas of law to meet the demand for a growing range of talented legal professionals with economic growth and advances in technology. The last one is legal professional ethics courses.
